Forced stop when a clustering function is used

When you use clustering functions and the clustering software detects an error, forcibly stop the HULFT service and forcibly stop each process to quickly allow failover to take place.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Start the command prompt.

2. Move to the bin folder below the HULFT installation folder and execute 'utlsvcctl.exe.'
