New creation

The procedure for creating new record of the Receive Management Information is as follows:

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking Receive Management Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > Receive Management Information

    The Receive Management Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking New Creation on the toolbar

    • Entering the file ID for the new record that you intend to register, and clicking OK

    The Receive Management Information Update (New Creation) screen or the Receive Management Information Update screen for the file ID that you intend to register appears with default values specified for individual fields.

  3. Enter the required information in each field.

  4. After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The record of the Receive Management Information is registered as specified, and the Receive Management Information List screen is displayed.
