EBCDIC user table registration

When you use a user table to convert single byte codes in a transfer between a Type MF-IBMi host and a host that runs Windows, register an EBCDIC user table.

The procedure for registering the EBCDIC User Table is as follows:

  1. Click Tools > EBCDIC User Table Registration.

    The EBCDIC User Table Registration screen is displayed.

  2. Register the EBCDIC user table from the EBCDIC User Table Registration screen.

To make the registration or the changes that you made effective, you need to restart the HULFT service.
