Address Book dialog box
This dialog box displays a list of registered email addresses.
On this dialog box, you can add, modify, or delete the addresses of email.
When you click Address on the Mail Interface Information Update screen, this dialog box is displayed.
<Explanation of each field>
- Name

Specify the name of the owner of the email address.
Enter the field in characters within 20 bytes.
- Address
-
Specify the email address.
Enter the field in alphanumeric characters and symbols within 85 bytes.
- Address (button)

The button adds the email address selected from the list to Address in the Mail Interface Information.
- CC
-
The button adds the email address selected from the list to CC in the Mail Interface Information.
- Add
-
The button adds the entered name and email addresses to the address book.
- Update
-
This button overwrites the contents of the entry already in the address book with the entered name and email address.
- Delete
-
The button deletes the email address selected from the list from the address book.
