Modification for user application
As for hulapi.dll of HULFT7, the stored location is different from that of HULFT for Windows Ver.6. When you use the user application of HULFT for Windows Ver.6, you need to perform the following actions:

Load hulftrt.dll in full path first, then correct the user application so that it loads hulapi.dll in full path.

Set the Installation Folder in the environment variable PATH before you execute the user application.
