Uninstallation procedure

Carry out uninstallation of HULFT by following the procedure given below.

(1) Termination of HULFT

Terminate HULFT.

For the termination method of HULFT, refer to Termination of HULFT.

(2) Deletion of the service

Delete the service by using the command prompt. Start Command Prompt, move to the folder in which HULFT is installed, then execute the Service Deletion command.

Notes

When you execute utlservice command, execute it on the command prompt activated with Windows administrator privileges.

(3) Uninstallation of HULFT

On the Start menu, click Control Panel. In Control Panel, click Uninstall a program to carry out the uninstallation. Only the HULFT that you select is uninstalled.

When you start the uninstallation, the setup program deletes installed files based on the information at the time of the installation of HULFT. Follow the instructions of the setup program.

Note

The setup program does not delete files that were created while HULFT was running. Therefore, the setup program may not delete all folders. In that case, delete the folders manually after the uninstallation is completed.

(4) Restarting

Reboot the machine after HULFT uninstallation is finished.

 

The uninstallation work is now completed.
