New creation

The procedure for creating new record of the Mail Interface Information is as follows:

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking Mail Interface Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > Mail Interface Information

    The Mail Interface Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking New Creation on the toolbar

    • Entering the Mail Interface ID for the new record that you intend to register, and clicking OK

    The Mail Interface Information Update (New Creation) screen or the Mail Interface Information Update screen for the Mail Interface ID that you intend to register appears with default values specified for individual fields.

  3. Enter the required information in each field.

  4. After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The Mail Interface Information is registered as specified, and the Mail Interface Information List screen is displayed.
