New creation

The procedure for creating new record of the Job Information is as follows:

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking Job Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > Job Information

    The Job Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking New Creation on the toolbar

    • Entering the job ID for the new record that you intend to register, and clicking OK

    The Job Information Update (New Creation) screen or the Job Information Update screen for the job ID that you intend to register appears.

  3. Enter the required information in each field.

  4. After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

    A message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The record of the Job Information is registered as specified, and the Job Information List screen is displayed.
