You can update the Multi Format Information.

When you click Find, the Select Format ID dialog box is displayed.

When you right-click on the screen and select Search Format ID on the pop-up menu, the Select Format ID dialog box is displayed.

The following explains each button on the Multi Format Information Update screen:

Insert: A new row is inserted on the top of the row of the selected cell.

When a value is entered for the key value in the 20th row, clicking Insert causes an error to occur even if no values are entered for the key value in rows 1 to 19.
Delete: This button deletes the row of the selected cell.
