Description:

An error occurred on the receiving-side host or the proxy server.

Measure:

Check logs on the receiving-side host. If a proxy server is used, check logs of the proxy server. After checking the logs, cope with whatever issues exist appropriately and execute the operation again.

If this error occurs, an error code from the receiving-side host or proxy server is stored as the detail code.

Description:

The length of a record in the text file exceeded 3276 bytes.

Measure:

A file with single record length of 32767 bytes or more cannot be sent. Divide the record into several records, and retry the operation.

Description:

An error occurred during code conversion of the data.

Measure 1:

Check consistency between the record of the Format Information and the content of the data.

Measure 2:

Handling of Unregistered Custom Characters (gaijierr) is set to "0" (Raise an error) in the System Environment Settings. For a text transfer, check the registered custom characters also.

Measure 3:

For regular transfer, check that the combination of the value for Code Set for Transfer and the code set specified for EBCDIC Set in the Send or Receive Management Information is supported.

Measure 4:

For instant transfer, check that the combination of the value for Code Set for Transfer and the code set specified for Instant Transfer EBCDIC Set in the System Environment Settings is supported.

Description:

An error occurred during compression of data.

Measure:

retry the transfer.

Description:

An inconsistent HULFT versions-caused error and an error caused by supported but limited settings and functions between the remote and local hosts.

Measure 1:

If the remote host is Mainframe and the HULFT version is 2.x, be sure to always execute code conversion on the receiving host. Set Code Conversion in the Send Management Information to 'Receiving Side', and retry the operation.

Measure 2:

If the remote host is UNIX and the HULFT version is 2.x, be sure to always execute code conversion on the receiving host. Set Code Conversion in the Send Management Information to 'Receiving Side', and retry the operation.

Measure 3:

If the HULFT version of the remote host is lower than Ver.5, HULFT cannot execute multi format transfer.

Measure 4:

If the HULFT version of the remote host is lower than Ver.5, If the remote host is lower than HULFT Ver.5, you cannot specify values of which product exceeds 32767 bytes for Transfer Block Length and for Transfer Block Count in the Send Management Information.

Measure 5:

If the HULFT version of the remote host is lower than Ver.5, HULFT cannot send a file with a size exceeding 2GB.

Measure 6:

If the HULFT version of the remote host is lower than Ver.5 and the Code Conversion is set to 'Receiving Side,' it is impossible to set the Shiftcode Mode to 'Do not add.'

Measure 7:

Unable to connect HULFT Firewall.

Measure 8:

Unable to connect HULFT-HUB Server that is lower than Ver.2.2.

Description:

A communication error occurred.

Measure 1:

The system may have been connected to a wrong port. Check the Receive Port No. of the remote host.

Measure 2:

A socket read timeout may have occurred on the receiving host. Check receiving status on the receiving host. If the timeout has occurred, extend the timeout period of the receiving host.

Description:

An inconsistency between sent data and received data occurred.

Measure 1:

The record counts (or data sizes for a binary transfer) of the send file and the receive file differ. Also check that the type of the data format is the same as Transfer Type in the Send Management Information.

Measure 2:

For instant transfer, check that the type of the data format is the same as the transfer type specified when Send File was issued.

Description:

Contents registered in the Format Information do not match those of the Send file.

Measure:

Cannot handle the Send file in the specified Format ID. Check the contents of the Format ID registered in the Format Information and make changes. Or, match the Format ID with the contents of the Send file and make changes. Then, retry the transfer operation.

Description:

The value of transfer from the remote host exceeded the Receive Multiplex Level value.

Measure:

Wait for a while, and retry the transfer.

Description:

Attempted to execute the Checkpoint Resend File, however, a file size does not match that of the Send file.

Measure:

The Send file may have been updated. Execute the normal Send File.

Description:

File transfer completion status of the receiving host cannot be acquired. The receiving host may been successfully terminated.

Measure:

Check the Status Code on the receiving host.

Description:

Specified function is not supported in processing with HULFT on the remote host.

Measure 1:

Check if none of File ID, Format ID, and Multi Format ID is specified in 9 bytes or more.

Measure 2:

Check that 'XML' is not set to Interface DBID in the Send Management Information on the sending host.

The Send processing ended with forced termination request.

Measure:

Description:

Measure:

HULFT version on the receiving host does not support Transfer Test.

Measure:

Upgrade the version of HULFT on the receiving host to Ver.8.0.0 or higher. If the current HULFT version is 8.0.0 or higher, review the Use HULFT7 Comm. Mode setting in the Host Information on the sending host.

Description:

HULFT at the remote host does not support the functionality used in the transfer.

Measure:

Check the HULFT version at the remote host.

Description:

HULFT version running on the destination host does not support instant transfer.

Measure:

Take any of the following measures:

1. Check that the version of HULFT running on the destination host supports instant transfer.

2. Transfer with the file ID "_INSTANT_TRANSFER_" cannot be performed. Use a different file ID.

Description:

An error occurred on the receiving host.

Measure:

Check the received status on the receiving host, take appropriate measures, and retry the operation. When this error occurs, an applicable error code is stored to Detail Code as an error code on the receiving host. For details and measures on the error code, refer to the receiving host manual.
