Forced Stop function

When an error (system failure) occurs while HULFT is operating, the HULFT service is forcibly stopped to allow a failover to occur immediately. When the HULFT service is forcibly stopped, each process is also forcibly stopped. Note that each process can also be forcibly stopped individually.
