Folder of HULFT environment settings files

Set the folder that contains the environmental settings files used by HULFT in 'hulft.ini.' The section name is 'PATH,' and the entry name is 'HULPATH.' At the time of installation, the setup program automatically set these. If you wish to change the settings, modify the 'hulft.ini' file, by using an editor such as Notepad.

To change the HULPATH setting, specify a string within 128 bytes.
