Operation of log files

HULFT outputs a log record for each host every time a file transfer is performed.

Because the application does not delete log records automatically, you need to delete log records manually and do so on a regular basis if necessary.

The types of Send Log files and Receive Log files as well as the method to delete log records for each host type are explained below.

= Remarks =

The Post-Send Job Execution Log and the Post-Receive Job Execution Log are linked to the Send Log and the Receive Log, respectively, for the control purpose.

Therefore, when you delete a record from the Send Log, corresponding records of the Post-Send Job Execution Log are also deleted.

Similarly, when you delete a record from the Receive Log, corresponding records of the Post-Receive Job Execution Log are also deleted.
