Method of setting

Set the System Environment Settings according to the following procedure:

1. Terminate each daemon and exit the HULFT Management Console.

   'Each daemon' refers to the following daemons:

   • Send daemon (hulsndd)

   • Receive daemon (hulrcvd)

   • Observe daemon (hulobsd)

2. Start a text editor, and open the System Environment Settings file.

3. Edit the System Environment Settings file and save it.

   For details on the fields in the System Environment Settings file, refer to System Environment Settings list.

4. Restart each daemon.

   HULFT loads the System Environment Settings file upon starting.

   To reflect the changes in the System Environment Settings file, it is necessary to reboot each daemon.

   Note that if you change the settings while the daemon is running, the actual operation will be different from the values you have set.
