New creation

The procedure for creating new record of the Multi Format Information is as follows:

1. Use either of the following methods:

   • Clicking Multi Format Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

   • Clicking System Configuration > Multi Format Information

   The Multi Format Information List screen is displayed.

2. Use either of the following methods:

   • Clicking New Creation on the toolbar

   • Entering the multi format ID for the new record that you intend to register, and clicking OK

   The Multi Format Information Update (New Creation) screen or the Multi Format Information Update screen for the multi format ID that you intend to register appears.

3. Enter the required information in each field.

4. After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

   A message is displayed.

5. Click OK.

   The record of the Multi Format Information is registered as specified, and the Multi Format Information List screen is displayed.
