Error codes of utility function

001 Parameter Error.
- Description:
-
The parameter specified by the Command Option is invalid.
- Remedy:
-
Check whether the specified parameter is correct.
002 The Password or the User Name is incorrect.
- Description:
-
Failed to log-in to the target host.
- Remedy:
-
Check whether the Log-in User or Log-in Password set in the Management Host Information is correct.
003 According to the Security Function, the user does not have permission.
- Description:
-
The log-in User specified at the time of connection does not have the required permission.
- Remedy:
-
Modify the target host settings so as to grant permission to the Log-in User.
004 The Protocol is illegal.
- Description:
-
You may have connected to a port other than the Observe port.
- Remedy:
-
Check whether you have correctly specified the target Host Name, IP Address or Observe Port No.
005 Unsuccessful Data Transmission.
- Description:
-
Failed to transmit the data.
- Remedy:
-
The line may have been disconnected. Try again. If the error occurs frequently, check whether paths to the target host have been disconnected.
006 An error occurred while receiving the data.
- Description:

Failed to receive the data.
- Remedy:

The line may have been disconnected. Try again. If the error occurs frequently, check whether paths to the target host have been disconnected.
008 An error occurred at the target host.
- Description:
-
An error occurred when processing the connection to the target host.
- Remedy:

Look up the Error Code displayed with the message, and troubleshoot it.
009 Failed to issue the Request.
- Description:
-
Failed to issue the Request. The specified ID and Host Name may not exist.
- Remedy:
-
Look up the Error Code displayed with the message, and troubleshoot it.
010 Failed in loading the DLL.
- Description:
-
Cannot find the DLL required for processing.
- Remedy:
-
Confirm whether there is a hmdll.dll in the directory specified at the time of installation.
011 File Open Error.
- Description:
-
Failed to open the Output File.
- Remedy:
-
Check the following points:
1) Whether the specified File's path is correct
2) Whether a File already exists when creating a new File.
3) Whether the Creation File and Directory have access permission. Check whether they are read-only.
4) Whether the File is currently being used by another process.
012 File Read Error.
- Description:

Failed to read the data from the File.
- Remedy:

Check whether the contents of the File have crashed.
013 File Write Error.
- Description:
-
Failed to output the data to the File.
- Remedy:
-
Check whether the disk has enough free space.
014 The applicable information does not exist.
- Description:
-
The specified Connect ID does not exist in the Management Host File.
- Remedy:
-
Check whether the specified ID is registered correctly.
015 Connection Error.
- Description:
-
Failed to connect to the source host.
- Remedy:
-
Check the following points:
- Check whether the IP Address and Observe Port No. of the target host are correct.
- Whether the target host's Observe has been activated.
- Whether the target host has installed the HULFT Manager Connection module.
016 Disconnection Error.
- Description:
-
Failed to disconnect from the source host.
- Remedy:
-
The line may have been disconnected. Check the Observe Log of the target host.
017 The specified Information Segment is not supported.
- Description:
-
The source host does not support the specified Management Information and Log Segment.
- Remedy:
-
Check, by using the HULFT manager, whether the specified segment exists in the target host.
018 Exceeded the Maximum Retrieval Count.
- Description:
-
The number of processed records exceeded the maximum count.
- Remedy:
-
More data exist than is possible to process in terms of current maximum record counts in this Utility. Modify the retrieval parameters, try again and receive the remaining records.
019 Version Error.
- Description:
-
It is not supported by the version of the HULFT Manager Connection module installed in the target host.
- Remedy:
-
This Utility supports the HULFT Manager Connection module Ver. 2.0 and later versions. You must upgrade the HULFT version.
020: 'HULFT BB Client Zengin TCP Option for Windows' is not installed.
- Description:
-
'HULFT BB Client Zengin TCP Option for Windows' may not be installed on the request destination host.
- Remedy:
-
Confirm whether HULFT BB Client Zengin TCP Option for Windows is installed on the request destination host.
021 In the search result, no relevant information was found in some management information.
- Description:
-
In the search result performed on the specified condition, no relevant information was found in some types of management information.
- Measures:
-
Check whether the relevant information is registered on the specified condition and whether the specified condition is correct or not.
022 Failed to import some management information.
- Description:
-
Failed to import some records of management information from the CSV file.
- Measures:
-
Be sure to specify the correct settings by checking the error output file.
023 File format error.
- Description:
-
The specified file contains invalid CSV format.
- Measures:
-
Check whether text enclosures, delimiters, and so on are in a correct format for the CSV file.
