Management Console Security

Specify the user permission while connecting from the Management Console and HULFT Manager is set for each user.

Password Check

If HULFT is connected via HULFT Manager, specify whether to check the user and the password.

Observe Host Check

In the acknowledgment of a service request by HULFT, specify the operation by HULFT where the host that issued the request is not registered in the Host Information.

This field is displayed when the destination host is HULFT lower than Ver.8.4.

This applies to the following services: Send Request (SEND), Resend Request (RESEND), Post-receive Job Result Reference Request (HULJOB), Job Execution Result Notification (HULSNDRC), and Remote Job Execution (HULRJOB).

Refuse the connection from the host that issued the request, and handle the case as an error

Operation Log Output Option

Specify whether to output the operation logs.

Operation Log EBCDIC Set

Specify the Type-EBCDIC Code Set of the operation logs.

Operation Log Output Destination Library

Specify the destination library of operation log output.

Operation Log Acknowledge Port No.

Specify the port number of operation log acknowledge job.

Operation Log User-specified Character

Specify the character string that is used to identify the log for each HULFT system, if you summarize the operation logs for multiple HULFT systems installed in the same environment into a single log.

This field is displayed when the destination host is HULFT lower than Ver.8.4.

Operation Log Auto Switch Count

Specify the maximum number of log records stored in the operation log file.

If you specify '0,' auto switching of operation logs is not attempted.

Operation Log Generations

Specify how many generations of backup files of the Operation Log file should be kept when the Operation Log files are rotated.

This setting is effective if you specify a value other than '0' for Operation Log Auto Switch Count.

Allow Send/Resend Request from Unregistered Host

Specify whether to accept service requests for Send Request (SEND) and Resend Request (RESEND) from hosts that are not registered in the Host Information.

This field is displayed when the destination host is HULFT Ver.8.4 or higher.

Allow Post-receive Job Result Inquiry from Unregistered Host

Specify whether to accept service requests for Post-Receive Job Result Inquiry (HULJOB) from hosts that are not registered in the Host Information.

Allow Remote Job Execution Request from Unregistered Host

Allow Instant Transfer from Unregistered Host

Specify whether to accept instant transfer requests from hosts that are not registered in the Host Information.
