Deleting a record

The procedure for deleting a record in the Transfer Group Information is as follows:

 

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select 5. Transfer Group Information.

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the input-allowed field of the ID.

    The Transfer Group Information List screen appears.

  2. Enter "4" in input-allowed field of the ID that you want to delete, then press the Enter key.

    The Transfer Group Information Delete screen displays the values that have already been registered.

  3. Check the record to be deleted, then press the Enter key.

    The specified record is deleted and the display returns to the Transfer Group Information List screen.

Note

To cancel the deletion of a record from the Transfer Group Information while you are working with the screen, press F3 and return to the System Configuration screen.

To cancel deleting a record in the Transfer Group Information and return to the previous screen, press F12 while you are operating the screen.

The Transfer Group Information List screen is composed of two subscreens. Pressing F11 or F23 toggles among the screens.
