Copying a record

The procedure for copying a record in the Host Information is as follows:

 

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select 4. Host Information.

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the input-allowed field of the ID.

    The Host Information List screen appears.

  2. Enter "3" in input-allowed field of the Host Name that you want to copy, then press the Enter key.

    The xHost Information Copy screen displays the values that have already been registered.

    When the screen appears, the input-allowed field of the Host Name is left blank.

  3. Enter a new host name.

  4. When you finish the value entry, press the Enter key.

    HULFT copies the record with the values that you entered, and returns to the Host Information List screen.

Note

To cancel the copying of a record in the Host Information while you are working with the screen, press F3 and return to the System Configuration screen.

To cancel copying a record in the Host Information and return to the previous screen, press F12 while you are operating the screen.

The Host Information List screen is composed of two subscreens. Pressing F11 or F23 toggles among the screens.

The Host Information Copy screen is composed of two subscreens. Pressing F11 or F23 toggles among the screens.
