(1) Multi Format Information List screen
The list of the registered records of the Multi Format Information is displayed.

<Explanation of Each Field>
- Multi Format ID

The Format ID that is registered in the Multi Format Information.
The initial screen displays only first 8 bytes of the ID. Pressing F11 switches to the screen that displays the ID in full.
- Comment
-
The Comment that is registered in the record of above Multi Format ID.
(2) Multi Format Information Update screen
On this screen, you can modify a record of the Multi Format Information.
The screen displays the settings that are registered in the record of the ID specified.

(3) Multi Format Information Copy screen
On this screen, you can modify a record of the Multi Format Information.
The screen displays the settings that are registered in the record of the ID specified on the Multi Format Information List screen. When the screen appears, the input-allowed field of the Multi Format ID is left blank.
The on-screen fields other than the title are the same as in the Multi Format Information Update screen.
For the procedure for copying records of the Multi Format Information, refer to Copying a record.

(4) Multi Format Information Delete screen
On this screen, you can delete a record from the Multi Format Information.
The screen displays the settings that are registered in the record of the ID specified on the Multi Format Information List screen.
The on-screen fields other than the title are the same as in the Multi Format Information Update screen.
For the procedure for deleting records of the Multi Format Information, refer to Deleting a record.

(5) Multi Format Information Registration screen
On this screen, you can register a record in the Multi Format Information.
