Setup mode

There are two types of methods to operate the setup program. This is referred to as Setup mode.

  • Express Installation

  • Custom mode

When you use the setup program, select either of the following modes:

Express Installation

In this method, you specify the license information including the serial number and product key, and use the default values for the other settings. If you want to install HULFT for the first time to a new environment with the default values, Express mode is useful.

Also, when you update an environment where HULFT is installed in Express mode, Express mode will be a right choice.

Custom mode

In this mode, you can check and customize the settings according to the destination environment for each step of the installation procedure. Select this mode if you want to newly install or upgrade HULFT in a way suitable to your site's environment.

Also, when you set up multiple instances of HULFT on a host, select Custom mode.
