Measures:

Check the logs on the receiving host. When you have been using a proxy server, check the logs of the proxy server. After checking the logs, take appropriate measures and retry the transfer.

Description:

The data length of file information does not match the length of the receive data.

Measures:

Error may occurred during receiving data. Retry the transfer.

Description:

Undefined data type is detected in receive message.

Measures:

Error may occurred during receiving data. Retry the transfer.

DATA CONVERT ERROR

Description:

Failed in code conversion.

Measures:
  • Check the setting value of Code Set for Transfer in the System Environment Settings, Code Set for Transfer and Standard for Japanese in the Host Information when you transfer a file by using management information. In addition, when you use format transfer, check the setting value of the Field Type in the Format Information.

  • When you use instant transfer, check the setting value of Code Set for Transfer and Instant Transfer EBCDIC Set in the System Environment Settings on the sending or receiving-side host.

VERSION ERROR

Description:

It is incompatible with HULFT on the receiving side.

Measures:

Transfer is not possible due to different HULFT versions between sending and receiving sides. Check the versions and their functions.

Description:

Check proxy log, and re-execute after performing appropriate operation.

Unknown code to HULFT in use has been set for the EBCDIC set in the Receive Management Information of HULFT on the receiving-side host. In instant transfer, unknown EBCDIC set to HULFT in use has been set for Instant Transfer EBCDIC Set in the System Environment Settings of HULFT on the receiving-side host. Check the Measure 2.

Measure 1:
  • Check the settings in EBCDIC Set in the Receive or Send Management Information when you transfer a file by using management information.

  • When you use instant transfer, check the setting value of Instant Transfer EBCDIC Set in the System Environment Settings on the receiving or sending-side host.

Measure 2:

To handle this record, upgrade to the product that supports the specified EBCDIC set, otherwise convert the code on the receiving-side host.
