The instant transfer request from the sending host was denied.

Check whether the request from the sending-side host is correct. If it is correct, take either of the following measures:

• Register the information of the sending-side host to the Host Information if it has not been registered yet.

• Change the settings of allowance in the Host Information if the information of the sending-side host is already registered to the Host Information.

• Set the library that can be received for instant transfer receive libraries file.

Insufficient disk space for generating receive data or work data.

Delete unnecessary files on disk, ensure sufficient disk space and then re-run.

Undefined data type is detected in receive message.

Error may occurred during receiving data. Retry the transfer.

Incorrect item(s) contained in the receive data.

• A management information on the sending-side host may be incorrect when you transfer a file by using management information.

• In instant transfer, the System Environment Settings on the sending-side host may be incorrect.

Check the settings.

Data length registered in the file information differs from the actual receive data length.

Error may occurred during receiving data. Retry the transfer.

Required file information is missing for receiving.

Receive Management Information might have problem. Check the Receive Management Information.

File with the same name already exists.

When a file with the same name exists, the data cannot be registered under the new mode. Re-execute the operation using "Replace" mode.

Failed in code conversion.

• Check the setting value of Code Set for Transfer in the System Environment Settings, Code Set for Transfer and Standard for Japanese in the Host Information when you transfer a file by using management information. In addition, when you use format transfer, check the setting value of the Field Type in the Format Information.

• When you use instant transfer, check the setting value of Code Set for Transfer and Instant Transfer EBCDIC Set in the System Environment Settings on the sending or receiving-side host.

Error occurred on the sending host or the proxy server.

Check the logs on the sending host. When you have been using a proxy server, check the logs of the proxy server. After checking the logs, take appropriate measures and retry the transfer.

Data discarded due to insufficient length of Receive file records.

• Check if the Record Length in the Receive Management Information is sufficient in size when you transfer a file by using management information.

• In instant transfer, check whether the sufficient setting value is set for Instant Transfer Rcv Record Size in the System Environment Settings.

Failed to open the Receive file.

Error may be due to invalid file name. Check the file name.

Error occurred while locking Receive file.

File may have been locked by other job. Check if it is locked by another job.

Error occurred while writing Receive file.
