RECEIVE CANCEL

Description:

The cancel command on receiving side terminated the process.

Measures:

None.

RECEIVE CHECKPOINT ERROR

Description:

The Checkpoint Resend File or the Checkpoint Resend Request for an archive file has been rejected, because "N:NEW" is specified for the Registration Mode in the Receive Management Information.

Measures:

If a receive file is an archive file, specify "R:REP" for the Registration Mode in the Receive Management Information. Otherwise delete an existing file with the same name as the receive file.

JOB ERROR

Description:

Failed in normal job startup and execution when the notification at the receiving side is set as successful job completion.

Measures:

Eliminate all causes of the error and re-run operation.

JOB TIME OUT

Description:

The job has been terminated due to timeout, when the notification at the receiving side is assumed as successful job completion.

Measures:

Extend the timeout period and re-run operation.

RECEIVE JOB MAX OVER

Description:

The number of Receive jobs has exceeded the Receive Job Multiplex Level.

Measures:

Retry the transfer.

TEST NOT SUPPORTED BY SENDING HOST

Description:

The host on the sending side does not support the Transfer Test function.

Measures:

Check whether the version of the host on the sending side supports the Transfer Test or not.

CANNOT GET RECEIVE SIDE END STATUS

Description:

Exit state at the receiving side cannot be acquired. Processing on the host on the receiving side may have ended successfully.

Measures:

Check the status code of target host.

SOCKET CLOSE ERROR

Description:

Failed to close the socket, yet the receiving completed successfully.

Measures:

Network may have been disconnected.
Confirm the network environment.

RECORD NUMBER OR DATA LENGTH ERROR

Description:

Data counts or data length of receive and send data are different. There is a difference in the file size in case of binary transfer or difference in the record count for the other transfer types.

Measures:

Check the content of the data. Retry the transfer in case there is an error in data contents. Check whether the cipher key is correctly specified when using an encryption exit routine.

DATA VERIFY ERR

Description:

Error occurred in data verification.

Measures:

Loss of transfer data may have occurred during communication. Check the network status, and try again.

DATA VERIFY VERSION ERR

Description:

Error occurred in data verification.

Measures:

The version of the host on the sending side is not a version on which Verify Data can be executed. Check the version of the host on the sending side and the Verify Data settings in the Receive Management Information.

PROTOCOL VERSION ERROR

Description:

Specified function is not supported in processing with HULFT on the remote host.

Measure 1:

Confirm that none of the file ID, the format ID, and the multi format ID is specified in 9 bytes or more.

Measure 2:

Confirm that "XML" is not set to the Interface DBID in the Send Management Information on the sending host.

REQUEST TYPE ERROR

Description:

A request that is not supported was accepted. A request for the Send File might have been made to the observe system. Otherwise, a request for the Send Request might have been made to the receive system and so on.

Measures:

Check if the receive port number and the observe port number are set correctly on the Requestor host.

WRONG PROTOCOL

Description:

HULFT acknowledged data that was not expected from the communication destination.

Measure 1:

Specify "Y" (Yes) for the Use HULFT7 Comm. Mode in the Host Information, then retry the transfer.

Measure 2:

Confirm that the communication destination is a process of HULFT.

CODE SET COMBINATION ERROR

Description:

The combination of the code set of the remote host that is specified for the Code Set for Transfer (KCODETYPE) in the Host Information and the code set that is specified for the Code Set for Transfer (CS4TRNSFR) in the System Environment Settings is not supported.

Measures:

Confirm that the combination of the code set of the remote host that is specified for the Code Set for Transfer (KCODETYPE) in the Host Information and the code set that is specified for the Code Set for Transfer (CS4TRNSFR) in the System Environment Settings is supported.

COMBINATION ERROR WITH EBCDIC SET

Description:

The current combination between the set value of the Code Set for Transfer (KCODETYPE) of the Host Information or the Code Set for Transfer (CS4TRNSFR) of the System Environment Settings and the value of the EBCDIC Set of the Send Management Information or the Receive Management Information is not supported.

Measures:

Be sure to use a supported combination between the set value of the Code Set for Transfer (KCODETYPE) of the Host Information or the Code Set for Transfer (CS4TRNSFR) of the System Environment Settings and the value of the EBCDIC Set of the Send Management Information or the Receive Management Information.

Description:

Process was terminated by the CANCEL command issued from sending side.

Measures:

None.

TEST NOT COMPLETED BY RECEIVING HOST

Description:

Unable to complete the Transfer Test including the host on the receiving side, because the host does not support the Transfer Test function.

Measures:

Take either of the following measures:

  • Check whether the version of the host on the receiving side supports the Transfer Test or not.

  • Set the Result Handling of Receiving (TTRCVOMIT) in the System Environment Settings to "1".

VERSION ERROR(INSTANT TRANSFER)

Description:

The instant transfer will be terminated because the product version of the receiving host is not a version that can perform an instant transfer.

Measures:

Perform either of the following:

  • Check whether the version running on the remote host supports instant transfer.

  • The file transfer fails if file ID is set to "_INSTANT_TRANSFER_".Use a different ID if that is the case.
