Discontinuation of FIFO communication for send daemon communication method

Communication using FIFO has been removed from the Send Daemon Communication Method.
Only socket communication can be used for communication between the Send daemon and various utilities. Be sure to specify the Command Acknowledge Port No. (sddport) so that the Send daemon can receive requests.
