Partial discontinuation of function for dynamic setting at startup of daemon

Dynamic specification of the following at startup of HULFT is no longer available:

• Send Process Multiplex Level

• Port No.

Due to this, the following parameters are no longer available in the Send daemon, Receive daemon and Request Acknowledge daemon startup commands:
