Support for lowercase alphabet in system management information

Each management information supports Japan (Latin) Extended for IBM now.
With this improvement, entry of lowercase alphabet in the following fields is now available, even if you use Japanese language:

Comment in each management information

Field Name in the Format Information
Note
If you use lowercase letters in HULFT Manager to specify the comment for each management information entry and the field name in the Format Information, the management information cannot be displayed correctly in environments that do not support lowercase letters.
