Output of host names

HULFT 8.0.0

In HULFT lower than HULFT8, depending on the timing of a transfer error, only up to 8 bytes of the relevant host name might be output to the Receive Log and the Observe Log.

For communication between HULFT8 systems, host names are now output correctly.
