Send SEQ No. and Receive SEQ No.

To identify unique session of transfer, the following numbers by transfer type are now added:

• Send SEQ No.

• Receive SEQ No.

Using the Send SEQ No. and the Receive SEQ No. in the MODIFY command allows HULFT to execute the specified processing for the specified transfer without specifying the File ID or the Host Name.
