Extension in message transmission function

Environment variables for long messages are added to the Message Transmission function. Up to 200 bytes of message can be specified for a long message.
If you specify a file name of 50 bytes or more, you can use long messages for operation in HULFT8.
HULFT8 for Mainframe
"MSGL0=" and "MSGL1=" are added in the XRCRD definition card of the following programs:

Send Request command (XRRCVREQ)
In HULFT8 for UNIX/Linux and HULFT8 for NonStop
-msgl0 and -msgl1 are added to the parameters of the following commands:

Send File command (utlsend)
