HULFT Clustering function operates on an ACTIVE-STANDBY configuration.

HULFT Clustering function uses the following functions to reduce the business downtime if a failure occurs:

• Duplication of management information files*1 and log files, allowing you to recover files even if they become corrupted due to a failure

• Automatic resending of files after failover when a failure occurs

For HULFT Ver.8.4.0 or higher, the file duplication does not apply to some files. For details, refer to Administration Manual.

Even if you use the clustering function, the usability of HULFT does not change and you can use the features of HULFT as before.
