Transmission of daily sales results and daily reports at a scheduled time

This section provides an example where daily sales results and daily reports are joined and sent to the head office at 22:00.

 

Files that contain the daily sales results and files that contain the daily reports are joined into a single file on a machine running Windows at a branch office, and then sent to a machine running Windows at the head office at 22:00 every day.

At the head office, the Receive files are managed separately by the branch office they were created at and by the date that they were made.
