Decrease in data due to conversion of half-width Katakana

Execution of Code Conversion from EUC-JP or UTF-8 turns half-width Katakana from multibyte characters to single-byte characters.

HULFT pads the data with single-byte space codes, because the data that amounts to multibyte in the half-width Katakana is reduced.
