Forced Strong Key mode
In HULFT Ver.8.4.0 or higher, setting Forced Strong Key Mode to "Enabled" in the System Environment Settings makes communication more secure.
When you set Forced Strong Key Mode to "Enabled", HULFT behaves as follows:
-
Communicates only with a host in Forced Strong Key mode.
-
Uses only "AES" as the encryption scheme (therefore, HULFT8 Cipher Option (AES) must be installed)
-
Accepts only an extended cipher key of 64 digits (64 digits must be specified in full)
