Unable to connect to a destination host due to a time-out.

  • HULFT Manager may return a time-out error, for example, when a destination mainframe is carrying out heavy processing. In such cases, continue trying to connect to the destination host periodically.

Unable to connect to a destination host.

  • Are the settings of TCP/IP software correct?

  • Is the port number of the connection destination correct?

  • Are the settings of the management host correct?

Unable to disconnect from a destination host.

  • Is the Send and Receive Log file (HULFT.LOG) closed while the Send and Receive Log File Reorganization program (XRREORG) is being executed?

    -> Submit the Send and Receive Log File Open command for the Observe job.
