Modification

The procedure for modifying a record of the Multi Format Information is as follows:

1. Display the Multi Format Information Update screen for the multi format ID whose Multi Format Information record you want to modify.

For details on how to display the screen, refer to Displaying the Multi Format Information Update screen.

2. Modify the contents of the record of the Multi Format Information on the following screen:

3. After modifying the information on the screen in step 2. , enter 'SAVE' for the COMMAND on the same screen and press the Enter key.

The record of the Multi Format Information is updated with the modified contents and the previous screen appears.

Note

To cancel modification of the record of the Multi Format Information and return to the previous screen, after you enter 'SAVE' for the COMMAND, press PF3 before you press the Enter key.
