This screen displays a list of the registered records of the Format Information.

<Explanation of Each Field>
- Format ID
-
This field shows the format ID (first 8 bytes) of each registered record of the Format Information.
- Comment
-
This field shows the comment that is registered for the record of the Format Information that is specified for the Format ID.
Format Information List screen (with full display of Format ID)
The Format Information List screen (with full display of the Format ID) displays each format ID in an extended display area.
To display the Format Information List screen (with full display of the Format ID), enter 'EXTENT' or 'E' for the COMMAND on the Format Information List screen and press the Enter key.
To return to the Format Information List screen, enter 'BASIC' or 'B' for the COMMAND on the Format Information List screen (with full display of the Format ID) and press the Enter key.

This field shows the format ID (50 bytes) of each registered record of the Format Information.
Format Information Update Screen
Format Information Update Screen
To display the Format Information Update screen, enter 'S' in the input area on the left side of a format ID on the Format Information List screen and press the Enter key.
To return to the Format Information List screen, press PF3.

Operation method of Format Information Update screen
On the Format Information Update screen, you can perform the following operations for format fields (rows):
- Next screen:

Enter 'D' for the COMMAND and press the Enter key.
- Previous screen:
-
Enter 'U' for the COMMAND and press the Enter key.
Searching for Field Name
Enter 'F Field name to be searched for' for the COMMAND and press the Enter key.
To search for the same string again, enter 'N' for the COMMAND and press the Enter key.
Adding Fields
Enter 'I' on the left side of a field and press the Enter key.

To insert a field before the field that appears at the top of the screen, specify 'I' on the left side of the title row.

You cannot add a field below the bottommost field on the screen. To add a field below the bottommost field, move to the next screen and then specify 'I' on the left side of the title row.

Moving Fields
1. Enter 'M' on the left side of the field that you want to move.
2. Specify the place to which you want to move the field and press the Enter key.

To move a field down one row, enter 'A' on the left side of the field and press the Enter key.

To move a field up one row, enter 'B' on the left side of the field and press the Enter key.

To move a field to another screen, confirm the field that you want to move by pressing the Enter key without specifying the destination to which you want to move the field, and after scrolling the screen to display the destination, specify the place.
Deleting Fields
Enter 'D' on the left side of a field that you want to delete, and press the Enter key.
Resetting Row Commands
To cancel the row command 'M' that you entered, enter 'RESET' for the COMMAND and press the Enter key.
