How to reduce the memory used by the Observe processing

This section explains how to reduce the memory used in the below-the-line storage.

 

First, refer to Environments that require modifications to the setting parameters in Language Environment (LE) to confirm whether your environment requires modifications to the setting parameters in Language Environment (LE) for HULFT.

If modifications are required, use one of the following methods to modify the setting parameters in Language Environment (LE) for HULFT:

• Modifications using the Startup JCL for the Observe program

• Modifications using the static combination of the setting parameters (CEEUOPT)
