Unable to start HULFT	HULFT should be started by a user who has the proper permissions.
Check if the installed HULFT is the Trial version. The Trial version can only be used for 60 days.
Check if the installed HULFT is the product version (Fixed Term License). When you use a product version (Fixed Term License), check whether the license is expired or not.
Unable to terminate HULFT	Is HULFT sending or receiving data? If you try to terminate HULFT during sending or during receiving, HULFT cannot be terminated until the sending or the receiving is complete. Note If you forcibly terminate HULFT processes, the processing in progress including sending and receiving will be ended forcibly.
HULFT should be terminated by a user who has the proper permission.
Unable to start each process	Check whether your account has been registered in the System Environment Settings. If so, check the following points: The correct values are set for Account Name, Domain Name, and Password in the System Environment Settings. The service account settings of your Windows operating system match the account information settings for the three fields mentioned above. If you specify both the account settings and the account information in the System Environment Settings for the service, you cannot start each process.

Unable to start HULFT
