Modification

The procedure for modifying a record of the Receive Management Information is as follows:

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking Receive Management Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > Receive Management Information

    The Receive Management Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use one of the following methods:

    • Entering the file ID for the record that you intend to modify in the input field of File ID, and clicking OK

    • Selecting the file ID on the list and clicking Edit on the toolbar

    • Right-clicking the file ID on the list and selecting Edit on the pop-up menu

    • Selecting and double-clicking the file ID on the list

    The Receive Management Information Update screen is displayed.

  3. Modify the contents of the Receive Management Information.

    After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

    An overwrite confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Click Yes.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The record of the Receive Management Information is modified as specified, and the Receive Management Information List screen is displayed.
