Search on the list screens
On the status inquiry list screens and the system management information list screens, you can search for only necessary information to narrow down information displayed in a list.
On the Search section, you can specify search conditions.
Search on the status inquiry list screens

Display a relevant status inquiry list screen.
For details, refer to Display of the list screens.

Click Search on the toolbar.
Clicking this button displays the Search section.

Specify search conditions.
- Date
-
Select the check box when you specify the starting date and time and the ending date and time of the search.
- Date:
-
Start date and end date of the search (YYYY/MM/DD) in the range
You can select date by clicking the Calendar button.
- Time:
-
Start time and end time of the search (HH:MM:SS) in the range
= Remarks =The date format varies depending on Date Format (datefmt) that is specified in the System Environment Settings.

- File ID

Specify the file ID to search for.
When you click Find, the Select File ID dialog box is displayed. On the dialog box, you can specify the conditions of search for the file ID.
This field is displayed only on the Send Log List screen or on the Receive Log List screen.
- Host Name

Specify the host name to be searched.
When you click Find, the Select Host Name dialog box is displayed. On the dialog box, you can specify the conditions of search for the host name.
This field is displayed only on the Send Log List screen or on the Receive Log List screen.
- Service Name

Specify the service name to search for.
This field is displayed only on the Request Status Confirmation screen.
- Schedule ID

Specify the schedule ID to search for.
This field is displayed only on the Schedule Log List screen.
When you click Find, the Schedule ID Selection dialog box is displayed. On the dialog box, you can specify the conditions of search for the schedule ID.
- Type
-
Specify the transfer status to search for.
This field is displayed only on the Transfer Status List screen.
- Max. Retrieval Cases
-
Specify the maximum number of search results to be displayed.
Specify a value for Max. Retrieval Cases within the range of "1" to "999".
NoteIf the number of management information IDs that fulfill the Search Condition exceeds the value of Max. Retrieval Cases, the data that corresponds to or comes after the Max. Retrieval Cases is not displayed.
In that case, increase the value of Max. Retrieval Cases or change the Search Condition and search for the management information ID or the host name again.

Click Search.
HULFT searches according to the specified conditions.

Clicking Clear discards the specified conditions and restores the default search conditions.

If the number of records that are to be displayed exceeds the value of Max. Retrieval Cases, the message, "The Max. Retrieval Cases is displayed. Use the Search button." is displayed in the status bar.

You can specify the value of Max. Retrieval Cases also on the Settings dialog box. For details, refer to Settings dialog box.
Search on the system management information list screens

Display a relevant system management information list screen.
For details, refer to Display of the list screens.

Click Search on the toolbar.
Clicking this button displays the Search section.

Specify search conditions.
- Management information ID
-
Specify the management information ID to search for.
If you select an option other than "All" for Search Condition, you can specify the management information ID.
- Search Condition
-
Select condition for searching from the following 4 options:
-
All beginning with the above file ID
The option allows you to search for all the management information IDs that begin with the character you specified in the management information ID field.

With the above ID or later (alphabetically)
This option allows you to search the data that corresponds to or comes after the specified management information ID in alphabetical order.
-
Equals
This option allows you to search for the management information ID that matches the characters you specified in the management information ID field.
-
All
This option allows you to search the data that is arranged in ascending order.
NoteIf the number of management information IDs that fulfill the Search Condition in a., b., or d. exceeds the value of Max. Retrieval Cases, the data that comes after the Max. Retrieval Cases is not displayed.
In that case, increase the value of Max. Retrieval Cases or change the Search Condition and search for the management information ID or the host name again.

- Max. Retrieval Cases
