User information registration

You can register the User Information where you use the Management Console Security and Password Check function.

The procedure for registering the User Information is as follows:

  1. Click Tools > User Information Registration.

    The User Information Registration screen is displayed.

In the case of registration of new information
  1. Enter the user name to be registered in User Name.

  2. After you set the values of each field, click Save on the toolbar.

In the case of modifying of information that has already been registered
  1. Select the relevant user name from User Information List.

    The fields turn to display the setting values of each field.

  2. Change the values of the field to be modified and click Save on the toolbar.

In the case of deletion of information that has already been registered
  1. Select the relevant user name from User Information List.

  2. Click Delete on the toolbar.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

    If you intend to delete the information, click Yes.

To confirm the permission of users, click Help > Version Information.

The granted permissions are displayed in the Version Information dialog box.

When no security has been set, the Security Information is not displayed.
