Deletion

There are two ways to delete a record of the File Trigger Information.

  • Deleting File Trigger Information records from the File Trigger Information Update screen

  • Deleting File Trigger Information records from the File Trigger Information List screen

Deleting File Trigger Information records from the File Trigger Information Update screen

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking File Trigger Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > File Trigger Information

    The File Trigger Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use one of the following methods:

    • Entering the trigger ID for the record that you intend to delete in the input field of Trigger ID, and clicking OK

    • Selecting the trigger ID on the list and clicking Edit on the toolbar

    • Right-clicking the trigger ID on the list and selecting Edit on the pop-up menu

    • Selecting and double-clicking the trigger ID on the list

    The File Trigger Information Update screen is displayed.

  3. Click Delete on the toolbar.

    A deletion confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Click Yes.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The record of the File Trigger Information for the trigger ID that was displayed is deleted, and the File Trigger Information List screen is displayed.

Note

To reflect deletion of the File Trigger Information, restart the Observe process or run the File Trigger Information Control command (utltriggerconf).

Deleting File Trigger Information records from the File Trigger Information List screen

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking File Trigger Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > File Trigger Information

    The File Trigger Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use either of the following methods:

    • Selecting the trigger ID on the list and clicking Delete on the toolbar

    • Right-clicking the trigger ID on the list and selecting Delete on the pop-up menu

    A deletion confirmation message is displayed.

  3. Click Yes.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  4. Click OK.

    The record of the File Trigger Information for the selected trigger ID is deleted.

Note

To reflect deletion of the File Trigger Information, restart the Observe process or run the File Trigger Information Control command (utltriggerconf).
