Check File Occupancy and Wait File Availability
After file creation or modification is detected, the File Trigger function can check if any other processes or applications are using the file or not. You can choose whether to have HULFT wait until the application can confirm availability, or to have the attempt end at the time when the application fails in checking file occupancy.
