Starting the conversion

During Version Upgrade, the HULFT Manager Converter screen appears.

= Remarks =

The conversion allows you to take over the management information from the original version of HULFT Manager to the new version of HULFT Manager. Click Close to skip the conversion.

Select the original version of HULFT Manager in the Original Version pulldown list. The options for HULFT Manager versions are given in Table 9.1 .

The x is an integer that indicates the revision of the target version.
Note

If you select an option for Original Version that does not match the current version, the information may not be converted properly.

For Original Installation Folder, specify the path to the folder where the original HULFT Manager is installed. Enter the path directly in the input field or click Browse to choose a target folder.

Click Start Conversion. A dialog box that asks whether to start the conversion appears. Click Yes to execute the conversion.

When the conversion is complete, a dialog box indicating the completion of the conversion appears. Click OK.

The HULFT Manager Converter screen is displayed again. Click Close.

Note

If you carried out the conversion, complete the installation of the new version and start up HULFT Manager to confirm that the management information of the original version was taken over successfully.

The InstallShield Wizard Complete screen appears. Proceed to Confirmation of the result of the installation.
