Express installation

To carry out an express installation, start the setup program as a system administrator.

This section describes the procedure for the express installation.

 

Note

You can use express installation to perform Update Installation if the operating environment and the set values of the already installed HULFT Manager are the same as the default values that the setup program uses, and if the existing installation of HULFT Manager is overwritten.

In that case, the operating environment and the settings of the existing HULFT Manager will be taken over.

However, use a custom installation for either of the following:

  • If you install a new instance of HULFT Manager on the same host.

  • If you install HULFT Manager with values different from the default values of the HULFT Manager setup program.

= Remarks =

  • When you perform an express installation, all settings are set to their default values. Therefore, if you want to make changes such as selecting a different Installation Folder or changing the Registration Name of HULFT Manager, perform a custom installation.
