File Trigger Information

This screen allows you to register, update, and delete the File Trigger Information (the information required for detecting creation, deletion, or modification of files).

How to Display File Trigger Information List

  1. Select the [File Trigger Information] on the [System Configuration] menu.

    The File Trigger Information List screen is displayed. The Trigger ID currently registered is listed on the File Trigger Information List.

How to Update File Trigger Information

  1. For new registration, enter the Trigger ID to be newly registered in the Trigger ID field on the File Trigger Information List screen, and click the [OK]. For modification, enter the Trigger ID to be modified in the Trigger ID field or select the intended ID in the list, and click the [OK].

    The File Trigger Information Update screen is displayed. For the details on the screen and the fields, refer to File Trigger Information topic of each host type below Operation of the destination hosts (when connecting to HULFT7) part.

  2. Set the necessary fields on the File Trigger Information Update screen, and click the [Save] on the toolbar. If you do not want to save the information, click the [X] (Close) on the screen.

Whether to display the File Trigger Information Update screen in tab form or in floating form depends on the setting of the How to select the Display Preference.

The operation methods of the [Delete], the [Copy], the [CSV], the [Search], and the [Refresh] on the toolbar are the same as those on the Send Management Information List screen.
