Resend File

From the [Resend File] submenu, you can issue the Resend File to resend the file whose the Send processing has failed for any reason.

1. Click [Issue Request] > [Send File] > [Resend File].

   How to Use [Find] and [Browse]

   If you click the [Find] or the [Browse], you can select the Host Name, File ID, or File Name from the records in the Resend Queue displayed in the list.

    

2. You can specify the condition of resending by entering the Host Name, the File ID, and the File Name. Each field can be defaulted. When you default all the fields, all the files placed on the Resend Queue are resent.

3. Click the [Resend] to issue the Resend File. Meanwhile, click the [Close] to close the dialog box without issuing the Resend File.
