Request Status Confirmation

The Request Status Confirmation screen displays the information (log records) at the time of receiving a request by the Request Acknowledge process.

How to Display Request Status Confirmation

1. Select the [Status Inquiry] > [Request Status Confirmation] menu option.

   The Request Status Confirmation screen is displayed. For the details on the screen and the fields of each host type, refer to Request Status Confirmation topic of each host type below Operation of the destination hosts (when connecting to HULFT7) part.

   (Unsuccessful Sign)

   This sign is displayed on the left side of each log record whose request process has been unsuccessfully terminated.

How to Search Records on Request Status Confirmation Screen

1. Click the [Search] on the toolbar.

   The Search section is displayed.

   For details about search methods, refer to Search on the list screens.

2. Set the Search Condition, and click the [Search].

   The retrieved records are displayed on the Request Status Confirmation screen.

How to View Description and Measure of Error

1. On the Request Status Confirmation screen, select the Request Acknowledge Log that you intend to view the Description and Measure of the returned error, and click the [Detail].

   The Description and Measure of the returned error of the log record is displayed below the list.

   When you select a record of Resend Acknowledge processing which has been completed successfully, the Description and Measure fields are left blank.

 

The operation methods of the [Delete], the [CSV], and the [Refresh] on the toolbar, the pulldown lists, and the [Up] and the [Down] are the same as those on the Send Log List screen.
