CSV output on the HULFT Manager Management Console
Click CSV on the toolbar when a list (such as a list of Status Inquiry) is displayed on the HULFT Manager Management Console. The CSV Output Condition Settings dialog box is displayed. On the CSV Output Condition Settings dialog box, the fields that can be specified vary depending on the type of the list displayed when clicking CSV.
Common Fields
The fields which are always displayed when setting the CSV output condition.
- Output File Name
-
Specify the name of the file to be output in the CSV format. (Mandatory)
The file can be selected on the dialog box by using Browse.
- Registration Mode
-
Specify how to handle if a file already exists when writing to the file. If there is no file, a new file is created in every mode.
- New Creation:
-
When the file already exists, an error is raised.
- Replace:
-
When the file already exists, the content of the existing file is cleared and the information is overwritten.
- Append:
-
When the file already exists, the information is added to the end of the file.
The default setting is 'New Creation.'
- Header Output Preference Section
-
- Field Name
-
Set whether to output tags to files in CSV format.
If you add a check mark, tags are output.
As the default setting, this option is selected.
- Output Date
-
Set whether to output output conditions dates to files in CSV format.
If you add a check mark, output conditions dates are output.
As the default setting, this option is selected.
= Remarks =The date format varies depending on the date format that is specified in the System Environment Settings for HULFT Manager.

- Output Condition

Set whether to output search conditions to files in CSV format.
If you add a check mark, search conditions are output.
As the default setting, this option is selected.
- Output

Click Output to carry out the output to the CSV file based on the specified condition.
- Cancel

Click Cancel to cancel output.
Management Information
The fields mentioned below are to be set when outputting the management information to a CSV file. To display the fields, click CSV on the toolbar when a list of each management information is displayed. The CSV Output Condition Settings - Management Information dialog box is displayed.
- ID
-
Specify the ID of the management information to be output.
The type of ID to be specified varies depending on the type of management information to be output. The ID can be selected on the dialog box by using Find.
- Send Management Information:

Specify the File ID of the Send file.
- Receive Management Information:
-
Specify the File ID of the Receive file.
- Job Information:
-
Specify the Job ID.
- Host Information:
-
Specify the Host Name.
- Transfer Group Information:
-
Specify the Transfer Group ID.
- Format Information:
-
Specify the Format ID.
- Multi Format Information:
-
Specify the Multi format ID. (Only when HULFT other than HULFT for K is installed on the destination host.)
- Mail Interface Information:
-
Specify the Mail Interface ID. (Only when HULFT for Windows is installed on the destination host.)
- Schedule Information:
-
Specify the Schedule ID. (Only when Scheduler is installed on the destination host.)
- File Trigger Information:
-
Specify the Trigger ID.
- Search Condition
-
You can set the conditions for the search output. There are four search conditions, as shown below.
It is not possible to specify the ID when specifying 'All.'

All beginning with the above ID.
-
With the above ID or later. (alphabetically)

Equals
-
All
When the number of IDs that fulfill the above-mentioned search condition exceeds the value of Max. Retrieval Cases, the excess data is not displayed.
In addition, the maximum number of data to be output is 999. If the number of the retrieved data is 1000 or more, only the data up to 999 are output.

Observe Log
The fields mentioned below are to be set when outputting the Observe Log to a CSV file. To display the fields, click CSV on the toolbar when the Request Status Confirmation screen is displayed.
- Date to start searching: Date
-
Specify the starting date of the log records to be output. (Optional)
Click Calendar, and then use the mouse to select a date.
If omitted, the date of the first log record (the oldest record) is used.

- Time to start searching: Time

Specify the starting time of the log records to be output. When the date is not specified, the time cannot be specified. (Optional)
If omitted, the oldest time of the starting date is used.
- Date to end searching: Date
-
Specify the ending date of the log records to be output. (Optional)
Click Calendar, and then use the mouse to select a date.
If omitted, the date of the last log record (the latest record) is used.

- Time to end searching: Time

Specify the ending time of the log records to be output. When the date is not specified, the time cannot be specified. (Optional)
If omitted, the latest time of the ending date is used.
- Termination Status Selection

Specify the termination status of the log records to be output. There are two options as shown below:
- All:
-
The log records of both successful termination and unsuccessful termination are output
- Only Unsuccessful Termination:
-
Only the log records of unsuccessful termination are output
The default setting is 'All.'
- Service Name

Specify the service name of the log records to be output.
You can select the service name from the pulldown menu. When 'All' (default setting) is selected, all the records of the Observe Log are output to a CSV file.
Resend Queue Status List
The fields mentioned below are to be set when outputting Resend Queue Status List to a CSV file. To display the fields, click CSV on the toolbar when Resend Queue Status List is displayed.
- Date to start searching: Date

Specify the starting date of the log records to be output. (Optional)
Click Calendar, and then use the mouse to select a date.
If omitted, the date of the first log record (the oldest record) is used.

Other Logs
The fields mentioned below are to be set when outputting the log records of other than the Observe Log and the Resend Queue Status List to a CSV file. To display the fields, click CSV on the toolbar when any of the screens other than the Request Status Confirmation screen and the Resend Queue Status List is displayed. (The fields to be displayed vary depending on the type of log.)
- Date to start searching: Date

Specify the starting date of the log records to be output. (Optional)
Click Calendar, and then use the mouse to select a date.
If omitted, the date of the first log record (the oldest record) is used.

NoteThis function searches the starting date of both sending and receiving.
- File ID

Specify the File ID of the log records to be output. The type of ID to be specified varies depending on the type of the log displayed when clicking CSV.
The ID can be selected on the dialog box by using Find.
